You And A Friend Are Invited To Attend A Free Class Sponsored By The Washington State Housing Finance Commission. You Will Receive A Certificate Of Completion Which Enables Those Who Qualify To Apply For Special First Time Buyer Loan Programs. These Classes Are 5 Hours Long (As Required By the State) And Held At The Locations Indicated Below. I Have Volunteered to Teach These Classes For Over 7 Years; One of the Longest Running Classes of Its Kind In Western Washington.
